About the chef
I was born and raised in Lima-Perú. Coming from a family where the guys are the cooks, the ladies have an unusual spiritual strength and from a country that has such huge variety of flavors in their cuisine as their biodiversity as well.
My country is rich in essence and vibes and my actual position as a raw food chef is linked with my roots and ancestors. Perú holds the record of medicine plants and it is related to the exuberant expression of nature in the land. In Perú, Mamapacha or Mother Nature with its power have affected the consciousness of many individuals. Perú is a magical place and I still linked and returning to it often and since I am here, I invite you to join me in any culinary adventure or just adventure and craving for discovery and for the pleasure of it.
About my experience and path
I started cooking at a early age, experimenting with many of the Peruvian herbs and energy and high vibration foods, I was also fortunate of crossing of my path with illuminated individuals that thought me to see beyond and nature’s contact and understanding came naturally. The raw food world in CA give me the change to explore into Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Mexican, Indian cuisine and along with my Peruvian cuisine background I managed the fusion of all these cuisines, enhanced with a stronger health awareness and wiser use of energies flows and vibration stages.
I respect people choices, is no my intention to change anybodies way of living or life style, I am just someone enjoying what it does, cooking in this case.
My goals
Just to enjoy this ride as much as I can! If you have met me already, you know than my fun part is way bigger than my serious one. I try to take things easy and it is the way how I manage this business and how I deal with customers and friends.
Life is easy and fun! Raw food is fun and easy! Problems are challenges and your smile is my energy.
